Term for rackable mults?

Currently looking for a way to mult a signal into 3 or 4 different outputs. I know I can use a patchbay to mult a signal into two copies of that signal, but is there any device (powered or unpowered) that would be able to push 3-4 versions?

Extra points for sure if it can be racked.
