What is your favorite DAWLESS (NO COMPUTER) Midi Controller with Faders and Knobs?

I am 100% okay with plugging a computer in to do initial setup, I just dont want to be tethered all the time.

Does anyone have recommendations? Either Knobs + faders OR Separate ones.

Any more I should look at?
