Bass Station II Questions

Thinking about getting a bass station since..

1) would like to use the LFO and Env on other Synths with Cv. So if I would a midi2cv device to the midi out of the bass station, would this work out?

2) is there an audio in, could I use the filter and effects on an ext audio source?
