Does anyone else PREFER soft synths?

Title pretty much explains it all. I prefer the sound of a digital synth for my work and tbh I feel that their are more mod capabilities with soft synths, not to mention that it's actually much easier to start from scratch every time you open it up. The only issue possibly is that it's easier to modulate during recording, but of course this becomes a moot point when all you have to do is route your midi track to audio like I do.

I use Dune 3 and Massive X on everything and I have yet to play a hardware synth that can match them in quality or workflow, which is really what creating is all about.

Anyone else feel similar?
