Powering Synths

Most of my synths are running off the standard UK 9-12v, 3-pin plug design. But I do also have a bunch that have the thicker "kettle lead" or UK IEC mains power type that has the same 3 pin plug at the end. I was wondering what kind of power leads/plugs would I need to use in conjunction with a power strip? All of the ones I'm seeing online are for a round or circular three pin inserts. I guess there is a convertor/adapter you can get for it?
