Can a filter be used as a VCA?

I forgot to buy a VCA.

I bought a 2hp oscillator, a doepfer wasp filter, and a 2hp ADSR.

Those 3 are supposed to be a kick drum voice.

Can the WASP act like a VCA , or lowpass gate?
