What music genres can I make with just a keyboard (on my own)?

Hi,

I'm trying to get rid of my screen addiction, so I'm looking to both deal with that and also find a career which doesn't require screen time. I like many genres of music but I'm not too keen on melodies, I like rhythm and bass sounds more. Also, I want to make music all by myself.

I'm looking out for a good budget (around $500) keyboard which doesn't have LEDs/lights/display screen. So my questions are:

1. If you have any recommendations for a keyboard and books to learn from, let me know.
2. What music genres can I make with just a keyboard by myself.
3. According to my tastes, what genre/s would you think would suit me best?
