Anyone ever have problems with a 3U Row not lining up vertically?

So I've had the Doepfer A-100 9U case for about 8 months now and love it, but now that I am getting to my final 3U row (very bottom) It appears all my modules are just the SMALLEST bit too tall. I can't figure this out to save my life and it's kinda freaking me out that a whole 84 hp will be unuseable. Could my modules above it be pushing my rails down? Anyone have this happen to them before?
