Power Eurorack Skiff with 12V 10A powerbank?

I have a Make Noise Powered Skiff with the following power input specs:

+12 V DC @ 1.2 A, -12 V DC @ 1 A, +5 V DC @ 1 A

Is it save to power this from a powerbank that has 12V 10A max out?
