Roland TR8s has no polyphonic Midi Thru?

Hi folks,

what I'm trying to do:

I have a Midi Keyboard which goes into the Midi In of my TR8s. From there it goes out to a Beatstep Pro, and afterwards into a JU-06a.

My problem:

With that setup, I cannot play polyphonically. Using the keyboard, only monophonic notes get played by the Juno. If I go from the keyboard directly to the Beatport or Juno, polyphony works flawlessly, so it seems the TR8s is the issue in the setup.

I really can't imagine that the TR8s can't handle polyphonic MIDI passthrough, but I tried everything and haven't found a solution. Can someone give me any pointers? Really appreciate it!
