Question on connecting an old organ to my interface

Since the world of audio hardware is a little new to me, I'm hoping someone here can answer what might me a dumb question...

I have an old vintage electronic organ that I'd like to connect to my audio interface and record my playing directly into my DAW. The only output on this organ is a headphone out port (the 1/4 jack size). Is it safe to to run a cable from the headphone out port on the organ to a microphone in port on my interface?
