A recent Windows 10 security update causes a security warning which prevents the installation of the Moog USB MIDI drivers for Windows (specifically starting with new installations of Windows 10, version 1607). This issue affects Editor/Librarian software performance--the result is that you can still run the plugin inside your DAW, but the DAW and the plugin can’t both use the synth’s USB port at the same time. Whichever one gets to it first (usually the DAW) gets exclusive use of the port and then it isn’t available for the other app to use.
