Deluge Issue

I seem to be having an issue with my Deluge. When playing external gear Midi sequenced from the Deluge it has a tendency to introduce ghost notes. My first thought was that it wasn't properly sending note off messages but it seems that the ghost notes are not always notes that were in the sequence I have programmed. After stopping Deluge playback the notes remain.

Has anyone else had this issue with theirs? I googled but I couldn't find anything. It's happened to me with a Moog Sub 37, Virus TI2 and Novation Bass Station so I believe the issues comes from the Deluge. Any ideas?
