Behringer fail

My neutron simply stopped producing its rich buttery sound . In fact it died. I bought it in late 2018 i think. I eventually contacted behringer support and found them to be pleasant initially, but could not fix my problem and my last email asking if i could pay them to repair it (about 2 weeks ago )has yet to be responded to. Does anyone know a reputable company (USA preferably) where i might be able to send my neutron for repair? Or am i being delusional?
