How do you guys feel about buying used gear on amazon

Title says it all. I occasionally check Amazon for gear I want when I'm not quite ready to pull the trigger on something new. Occasionally I find decent prices for used gear (usually described as "good" condition - minor cosmetic damage, etc). Have you guys purchased used gear through Amazon? Any tips for getting steals? Or would I be better off just sticking with Reverb for used gear and paying a potentially higher premium there?
