Question about Juno 106 Filter Self OSC and LFO

When the Juno 106 filter is self oscillating and LFO is set to zero, should there be any frequency modulation? The LFO effects the filter frequency when set to zero and as I turn it up it effects it more. Is this normal?

The LFO is being applied to the filter cutoff while the VCF LFO control is set to zero. Turning LFO in the VCF section increases the intensity. It seems like the LFO is "leaking" into the VCF when no matter what.

Any ideas? Talking about the original 106 and not the boutique.
