Recommendations for "mininalist" songs/artists?

Not sure if minimalist is the correct word. I mean artists that only use one/two pieces of hardware (or software) per track. Think Analog Worms Attack but any genre. I find that sort of production really captivating and love to see what people can do with very little.

Any recommendations?
