Line in recording device that syncs to cloud

Hi All,

I'm looking to bypass a computer interface to get my recordings online. Is there such a way I can go direct line-in recording (8th inch stereo ) from my device to a recording device, and then that device upload the data to the cloud. I have an android phone. Is my best bet one of those iRig things?
