Help me! Having a VCA issue

Here is the issue: I can hear the oscillator at a low volume when I'm not pressing a key.

Here is a bit the Patch: I have a Keystep gate out patched to the gate input on an ADSR module. From there the ADSR output is patched into an Erica synths Black quad VCA CV input on Channel 1.

I'm going to work up a full patch on Modular Grid to better illustrate the patch just in case. In the mean time, any advise?
