Carrier Frequency Ratios in FM?

I know if anyone has it, it’s this sub, so I’m wondering if anyone has a bit of a cheat sheet on ©arrierSadM)odulator ratios in order to have some sort of starting point regarding C:M ratios when seeking a certain timbre/sound during sound design?

Tried looking around on various search engines, and didn’t come up with much, but being I’m fairly new to FM synthesis it’s very possible I just don’t have the correct vocabulary to find what I’m looking for, so any help would be appreciated.
