3.5 mic for Mutable Ears

Hey all,

Wondering if anyone has had any success with hooking a microphone with a 3.5mm jack into Mutable Ears. I've bought a couple different 3.5mm microphones and neither of them have worked (they have been cheap ones). Wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if anyone has any recommendations for a mic.
