Least expensive standalone sample based, phrase loop, clip launcher?

With the built in ability to latch a phrase by simply pressing the loop's assigned pad.

Believe me, I've been doing the "research"; my head just hurts a bit right now.

Imagine an Akai Force with a smaller footprint and less comprehensive feature set but can still do clip launching. The MPC One seems like the ticket, with regard to the footprint at least, for about $550 and I'm close to squeezing that trigger. Before I do, though, I figured I'd once again reach out into the ether of cyberspace for more opinions.
