Favorite drive/dist/fuzz for synths?

i have been in a bit of a rut and falling back on my old favorites too much. TB-303 with Boss Metal Zone, Moog Multimoog with Big Muff, and Roland JX3P with Boss SD-1, and so on, and it got me thinking what else is great for different synths.

So what are you using these days?
