Ordered a LIVEN 8bit Warps but the shipping date keeps getting pushed back

I bought it on Jan. 29th after hearing a lot of positive feedback here. Super excited.

Around that time, the shipping date was listed as Feb. but since then it has been updated to early March first and now to late March in the last weeks.

I might be moving around the time they ship so I’d like to change the shipping address. I tried contacting them a while back when it was supposed to ship in Feb. but haven’t heard back from them yet.

Has someone got any tips on making sure I can change the delivery address asap? What’s the best way to contact them effectively?
