I was wondering, is there any job that relates purely to music synthesis? Leaving out the technical side that takes care of building/repair synthesizer.
I know that there are Sound Designers, but I found the term always quite vague. What are the minimum requirements and skills in order to do that? Any other area where synth-heads find a living job?
I always wondered but never found a definitive answer. Especially curious to hear answers from people who have experience in this.
