Arturia not recognized by my PC (Windows) and DAW (FL)

I recently just bought a brand new Arturia KeyLab Essential 49. I have registered all licenses and downloaded all necessary software but I still couldn't connect my MIDI to FL. Can someone help me figure out the answer for this?
