Question about the missing modulation wheel on the Yamaha Reface CS

The thing about the Yamaha Reface CS is that it has a pitch wheel and no modulation wheel.

Is there a way to apply a modulation on the sound of the Reface CS ?

Like, is it possible to add it with a software or on a DAW, or is it possible to connect a MIDI device with a modulation wheel, etc...
