Using the TD-3 with FL Studio - Playback problem

I had it synced with FL yesterday and it was synced via usb and worked fine. I turned it off and now today when i turned it back on the USB play back wont work. If i select int it works but it doesnt sync with FL.

Any ideas?

Also ive seen that you can use midi with the usb but all i have been able to do is trigger other vsts or samples not the actual td3 as midi over usb. I dont think you can right?
