Hardware for chiptunes?

Hi hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. As many of you may know I’m totally blind, for a while now I’ve been looking to get into making chiptune Solutions like LSDJ and many of the PC-based trackers are not accessible, what hardware is good to make chiptunes with? I know there are a few options but I’m not sure which ones to go with your help with this would be great everyone thank you very much.
