Maths as clock multiplyer

Does anyone know how to use maths to x4 a signal? I think I have figured out how to multiply a pulse by two - hopscotch cable- one in cycle EOR one in Cycle EOC sum out. Rise / Run - linear triangle. Just haven’t tried it but I’m looking to x4 anyway can anyone help me out?
