Free or Cheap Plug-In Managers that Facilitate SPLIT KEYS

So, I have a Novation Impulse and work in Logic. Because their incompatibility I can't assign different zones on my Impulse do different channels/MIDI channels in Logic.

I just discovered that plug-in managers like Nektarine and Audio Lab (to a lesser extent) will perform the function of allowing me to assign my controller zones to different patches before routing into my DAW (Logic). (I'm not sure if Komplete Kontrol will do this).

But Nektarine is bundled only with Nektar controllers and Audio Lab only does 2 zones.

Can anyone recommend a free or cheap plug-in manager that will perform this function in Logic using my Novation? Otherwise I might as well buy $300 Nektar Panorama T6 which includes Nektarine.
