Long time house music producer here. Looking for advice on a good under $400 synth to buy as my first analogue. I want to use this synth for authentic sounding fat bass / bassline sounds. I usually use synths like SH-101, FM8, MiniV to create my bass sounds but I’m looking for the authenticity that software instruments can’t provide. I realize a lot of these synths I listed are available as hardware but most are pretty pricey. Looking for cheaper more basic alternatives? Was looking at a few including the Korg Monolgue, Behringer MS 101, etc. Thanks a bunch!
