Modular Polyphony with digital osc?

Yoo guys! If i want analogue polyphony for my modular, i would need to have a as many osc as i wanna have voices of polyphony, right? since this would get very expensive, i thought: couldn't you just use a digital osc with x voices of polyphony and use it as a source instead of x analogue vcos? If yes, What would be a good module for that?

Cheers
