Komplete Kontrol vs. Roland Cloud

Anyone else having problems loading certain VSTs into Komplete Kontrol? All my Arturia plug-ins load in, but none of the Roland Cloud, or even the Cherry Audio collection (I’ve scanned and re-scanned). On MacOS Big Sur. TIA!
