Just received my Cyclone TT-78 and I can’t get it to turn on!

I have tried every outlet in my house! it’s definitely fully plugged in and i’m not getting any response from the machine at all and i’m using the power adaptor they sent with the machine. Anyone else have a similar issue or is there anything else i can try?
