Korg Triton as a sampler?

I've noticed a huge uptick in Tritons (racks and keyboards) hitting the local used market. I'm not really into the presets and ROM sounds, but I've been on a huge sampling kick lately. Anyone have experience using its sampling engine for synth-like purposes or drums?
