Where to buy Minimoog Model D Smooth White Mod Wheel and LCH Overlay Replacement

I‘m restoring a mid 1974 Minimoog. It’s beat to hell, but I think I have everything covered except for a smooth white replacement mod wheel and the left hand controller overlay. Nobody seems to seek either of these. I may be able to remake the mod wheel with my router, but I’d prefer to buy one if possible! Any help would be appreciated!!!
