Buying my first synth. Mostly for ambient/dream pop music. Need suggestions

As the title says. I’m looking to purchase my first synthesizer and I’m feeling a little lost. I’m planning to buy used and would like to be under $400. Mostly looking to play dream pop/indie music. I’m looking at the microKORG, mininova, Korg Minilogue, or Roland JDXI. Can anyone point me in some direction? Much appreciated
