Another Pittsburgh Modular Customer Service Experience

So my SV-1 was acting all types of crazy and never held tune so I contacted PM, had some back and forth emails and decided best I sent it off to them, expecting a hefty bill for repairs.

Turns out it was one from the first production run from 2016! They raplaced an IC in the oscillator core, rerouted some traces, installed missing circuitry updates and run it through full recalibration, retuning, and testing... ALL I HAD TO PAY WAS POSTAGE! And they even threw in a updated MIDI cable.

These guys are absolute champs of customer service.
