Advice on upgrading from a Minilogue XD

So looking to see what the groups opinion on this would be:

Have had a Minilogue XD as my first proper hardware synth but feel I have kind of outgrown it

Have my eye on a couple of synths:

Sequentials Take 5, System 8 and Hydrasynth they all have different strengths and weaknesses

Mainly as they are roughly double the price of the XD has anyone used or owned both can say if they are worth it or if there is any other synths that I have missed?

I play in a band and it's synth wave with bands like The KVB, New Order, Boy Harsher, Tears for Fears and Depeche Mode
