Recommend A DX7 Editor With Numerical Interface

Are there any good editors for Windows that have this kind of interface?

I know there is Librarian for Mac, but I’m struggling to find anything for PC. I find the graphic representations on dexed and FM8 and KQ Dixie etc kind of exhausting.
