Looking for a under $500 synth that can produce these fuzzy warm tones!

I'm obsessed with the fuzzy warmness of the synth on this track. I'm a guitarist but want to start adding synths to my music. Looking for a nice cheaper synth that can produce similar vintage vibes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
