TR8-S snare roll issue

im not sure how to technically describe whats happening. have a brand new tr8-s and recently when increasing volume on my snare fader, the sound becomes very crackly, fading in and out, sounds gross. makes snare rolls impossible. sounds like something is possibly wrong with the fader itself? the problem persists across all my patterns.

im pretty new to the tr8-s, wondering if anyone has some insight? hoping theres some simple fix im and im just not aware?

edit- found the issue with more than one fader... can reasonably conclude i have a dust/ dirty fader issue. will clean and report back.
