Clouds Clones - Typhoon vs Supercell

I'm looking at various clones of Clouds and see the Supercell and Typhoon operate on SuperParasites.

These are big and bigger units.

Question - Do many people use SuperParasites and is it worth it?

Question - Module size. Is supercell too big / is Typhoon too cramped? Anyone used both a some time?
