Help Setting upApollo MKII with a Saffire40

I need someone to ELI5 for setting up the Adat between Apollo (master) and the saffire 40 (slave). Without success I’ve watch a few YouTube videos, nothing concrete on this specific setup.

I run Mojave, just invested in the thunderbolts to usb-c adapters for both and purchased an adat cable.

The Apollo only has one adat in and the saffire has an in/out.

Please help.
