Is it a good idea for me to get a prophet rev 2?

So for context I am a beginner to the synthesis world. The closest thing to an actual synthesizer I haven’t owned was the software synthesizers in the fl studio. Bit I’ve really taken and interest in synthesizers for a few months. I’ve got a little bit of money to spend with me just graduating so I have options. So with that out of the way my questions is. Is it a good idea for me a complete noob to synthesis to buy a prophet rev 2 or some similarly priced and equipped synthesizer? Or should I buy some starter synth like a minilogue or a bass station 2 or etc?

Also I haven’t used Reddit in a while so mods please don’t ban me for not tagging this ad a question, I can’t quite remember how to do that.
