So I recently rediscovered Majora's Mask and Koji Kondo's beautiful music. I found myself particularly affected by his use of sounds that approximate human vocal sounds (such as in Oath To Order). There's something so otherworldly about it, it feels like a voice from a dream or something...

My Casio SK-1 has a great "Human Voice" preset that has a similar vibe.

—Anyway, I'm keen to hear other examples of synths with similar sounds/presets. Lay 'em on me!!

Another example is Crystal Castles' use of a DFA1979 sample in Untrust Us (the sample was made with speech synthesis software in Fruity Loops Studio I think?)
