New to Synths. What do I get?

Hey there! I'm new to physical synths and wonder what to get. I have reasonably extensive synthesis knowledge, as I use software synths, so I'm not worried about how complex it might be. My price range is up to 800 USD.

I'm currently considering the Korg Minilogue XD, the Roland Gaia, and the Yamaha reface CS. I'm completely open to other suggestions.

So, what do you recommend?
