Help identifying synth type or tips on similar sounding ones

Im new to synths so sort of lost. Im looking to buy some synth or electric pisni that can produce a sound similar to the one on this song. Doesn't have to be exactly this one but that type of sound at least. Anyone got any ideas? Preferably not super expensive.
