Wiring question balanced v non

I've never been really strong on the engineering side of things and am trying to figure out the how to optimally connect all my innies and outies. Almost all of my synth gear is unbalanced. But I have a Samson patch bay which is balanced, a line mixer which is balanced, and a reverb which is balanced. Eventually I'll have a digital interface which will undoubtedly be balanced.

I obviously can't do much about the first leg from synths to patchbay. It's going to be unbalanced no matter what. But is there any benefit to making everything after the patchbay balanced?
